NEW STUDIO SESSIONS
Whether you’re new to reformer pilates or looking to refine your practice, my sessions at Manor Farm, Chilcompton, make the most of four brand-new Align-Pilates reformer tables and towers. This boutique studio environment allows for intimate instruction, helping you focus on precision, alignment, and controlled movement.
Through dedicated reformer sessions (see below), I can provide guidance to a wide range of clients – women, men, older adults, and those recovering from injury. Each session is tailored to build strength, mobility, and core control, while offering the unique resistance and support that reformers allow to elevate your technique – maximising results. Helping clients of all levels, I use the reformer’s unique resistance to sculpt strength, enhance alignment, and refine every movement – delivered in an intimate studio setting.
SESSIONS EXPLAINED
This class is designed for complete beginners or those returning to Pilates who would like to revisit the fundamentals.
This class is suitable for everyone. Exercises can be adapted and modified to support all abilities; however, if you are new to Pilates, an intro class is recommended first.
A personalised session tailored entirely to you – or you and one other – allowing focused attention on your individual goals and needs.
As the name suggests, this class is exclusively for men and offers a supportive space to build strength, mobility, and confidence - for beginners to intermediate levels.
A calming, breath-led class designed to help you connect movement and mind through a gentle flow on the reformer. Lights are dimmed and the music soft, leaving you feeling worked, centred, and relaxed.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
My specialised qualifications ensure I can confidently support a wide range of needs, including:
For me, wellness is a big picture. I also host relaxing mini-retreats, and in the summer, I love shaking things up by teaching Pilates on a paddleboard out on a local lake!
Outside the studio, my heart truly belongs to the outdoors. I’m a huge fan of mountains (yes, I climbed Kilimanjaro!), trail running, Hyrox, wild swimming, and long dog walks—always making time to enjoy nature with my family.
Ultimately, I simply love working with people. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel stronger, more mobile, and more at home in their body. I look forward to supporting you on your health and wellness journey.

Here are answers to common questions about Pilates and the things to expect when you attend my studio or classes.
You don't need any experience to start. If you want to try the studio equipment, book a Reformer Intro class at Manor Farm.
If you prefer a group setting, the Beginner Mat class at Oakhill Village Hall is the best place to learn the basics.
Everyone's very friendly, welcoming and I'm considerate not everyone learns at the same pace. You're in safe hands!
Not at all. You come to Pilates to get flexible and strong, so you don't need to be either of those things to join in.
Everyone works to their own ability in my classes.
I use GymCatch which makes booking and paying really simple but please follow me on GymCatch to see the actual class availability. There maybe some forms (one-time for newcomers) for compliance (sorry!). You can find, book and pay using the app on iOS, Android or via the web:
GET the app: Click here to download and search for 'Pilates by Kelly'.
FIND my classes: Go to my GymCatch page, find and follow me
Need more HELP? Read this how-to guide.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, like leggings and a t-shirt. You don't need trainers as we work in socks or bare feet. For Reformer classes grip socks are essential for safety, so please pop a pair in your bag.
All prices are listed clearly on the GymCatch app. I offer single class passes if you want to pay as you go, or blocks of classes which offer a bit of a discount. There are no hidden joining fees.
Pilates is great for back care, but please check with your GP or physio before booking if you have a specific injury or condition. Let me know beforehand so I can give you modifications to keep you safe during the exercises.
I have two locations in Somerset. My Mat classes are held at Ashwick & Oakhill Village Hall, and my Reformer studio is at Manor Farm in Chilcompton. Both have plenty of free parking right outside.
Mat Pilates is done on a floor mat using your own body weight and small props. Reformer Pilates uses a specialist machine with springs to add resistance. Both are excellent, it just depends if you prefer a larger group class (Mat) or a more focused studio session (Reformer).
Yes absolutely. I run a Men Only Reformer class at the studio if you prefer an all-male environment, but men are very welcome in all my mixed Mat and Reformer sessions too.
Yes I do. You can book 1:1 or 1:2 sessions (excellent for couples) at the Chilcompton studio. These are great if you are recovering from an injury, want to work on specific goals, or just want a bit of quiet confidence building before joining a group.
It is often possible but safety is the priority. Please contact me directly before booking anything so we can discuss your stage of pregnancy and ensure the class is right for you.
It is exactly what it sounds like. A Reformer class with the lights dimmed and softer music. It is a chance to de-stress and move your body without it being a high-intensity workout.
I do not offer refunds once booked. 24 hours notice to cancel and re schedule a booking is acceptable but any cancellations within 24 hours aren't carried over. Please contact me direct if you require clarification.
For Reformer classes grip socks are excellent (message me for any recommendations) and for Mat classes please bring a suitable mat. Most people bring a bottle of water too, oh, and I'd prefer mobile's were left in your vehicle, or switched off before starting a session.
Watch this space. I am working on integrating the booking system directly onto my website and I'll be launching a blog soon with wellness tips, maybe some merchandise too. I am also planning some Pilates Retreats and in the summer I teach Paddleboard Pilates on the lake, so stay tuned!

Yes, your safety is my priority. I am fully qualified and hold full public liability insurance. If you would like to view my certifications, insurance documents or Health & Safety policies, these are all available on request.
